1. Find the template you want to use

There are 2 ways to open templates in the Template Gallery:

  • Through the side navigation on the left.

  • By selecting the Create New button from an object (segmentation, campaign) list.

2. Verify underlying queries

  • When a template is used, AmpliPhi will create underlying queries in your external system.

  • The system will determine if there are any conflicts with existing queries in your external system(s). A conflict will occur if a query from a template has the same name as a query from your external system.

  • You can use the drop down menu to rename, replace, or not use a specific query. Once you've validated the data, select Use Template to continue.

Possible Query Statuses:

  1. New - This indicates that system was not able to find a matching query in your system(s), and will therefore create a new query.

  2. Existing - This indicates that AmpliPhi was able to find a matching query in your system(s), and will use that query.

  3. Unused - This indicates that the query will not be used when creating the new object from template.
