1. Find the template you want to use
You can find the template you need in the Template Gallery. There are 2 ways to open the template gallery.
Using the side navigation on the left.
Selecting the Create New button from an object (segmentation, campaign) list.
Once you've found and selected the template you want to use, the details of the template will be displayed. Select Use Template to continue.
2. Verify underlying queries
Once you've selected the template you want, AmpliPhi will determine if there are any conflicts with the existing queries you have in your system(s). You can use the drop down menu to reassign, replace, or not use a specific query. Once you've validate the data, select Use Template to continue.
There are 3 possible statuses for queries.
Status - New
This indicates that AmpliPhi was not able to find a matching query in your system(s), and will therefore create a new query.
Status - Existing
This indicates that AmpliPhi was able to find a matching query in your system(s), and will use that query.
Status - Unused
This indicates that the query will not be used when creating the new object from template.
