Trial
A trial is a period of time, where your organization is able to try AmpliPhi for free. When your organization joins AmpliPhi for the first time, a trial is activated for 1 month. A reminder is sent 7 days before the end of your trial if you haven't added a payment method to activate your subscription.

Subscription
After your trial period ends, a subscription is required to use AmpliPhi. A subscription is activated after you choose a plan and make a first payment. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annually recurrence.
You can view your subscription and manage it by going to your organization settings and clicking the Subscription link.
Who Can Manage Your Subscription?
Only the Owner and Admins have access to manage a subscription. If you encounter any issue related to your subscription, send us a message.
Invoices
Invoices are generated every time a payment is needed or processed. You can access all your invoices by going to your organization settings and clicking the Subscription link.

Payment Method
Payment methods are used to subscribe your organization. You can access your payment methods by going to your organization settings and clicking the Subscription link.
