Synchronize your data with Datasources.

A Datasource acts as a bridge between AmpliPhi and your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Datasources provide the data needed to define future channels and segmentations. Each time you connect AmpliPhi to a new CRM, a corresponding datasource is added to your organization. Once connected, a datasource only needs to be set up once.


Connecting a Datasource

All datasources can be managed from Organization Settings > Datasources.

To add a new datasource:

  1. Click on the + Add Datasource.

  2. Select the Connect button of the CRM you want to add.

  3. Complete the authorization process. (Note: steps may vary depending on the CRM. Detailed instructions for each supported CRM are available below.)

After a datasource is successfully added, it will appear in your datasources table. Hovering over its entry will display additional details.


Raiser's Edge NXT

To connect Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, you must first install the AmpliPhi Segment App from the Blackbaud Marketplace. Click Connect and follow the instructions.

Important:

Make sure you have all the permissions needed for Raiser's Edge NXT (Read, Write, Delete) to use AmpliPhi to it's full capability.
